Samsonite is a global luggage manufacturer with 11,500 employees that has published sustainability commitments since 2016. Environmentally, the company has achieved 100% renewable electricity across its operations and increased products with recycled content to 34% of net sales in 2023, with a science-based target to reduce value chain emissions by 52% by 2030. On labor practices, Samsonite operates an auditing program covering finished goods factories and has a supplier code of conduct prohibiting forced and child labor, though most manufacturing occurs in Asia through third-party factories that require ongoing oversight.
